About
As both a runner and yoga teacher, I have learned how powerful the mind-body connection truly is.
Like many runners, I have pushed through discomfort, ignored warning signs and treated recovery as an afterthought, then realised I really don’t want to do that anymore. Because the best part of movement is its ability to help you feel strong both mentally and physically.
After running London Marathon, navigating injuries, fibroids, endometriosis, and preparing for surgery, I began learning how to listen to my body with more care and respect. And I loved the process.
Yoga became a way for me to slow down, restore, rebuild strength and stay connected to myself throughout training and everyday life.
I created Yoga For Runners to offer that same support to other runners.
These sessions are designed to help runners feel stronger, more mobile and more grounded through movement that supports, celebrates and elevates the body.
