1 to 1 and Couples’ Yoga

This is a premium, in person, relationship based yoga for individuals or couples who want consistency, privacy and depth in their yoga practice.

Sessions are 60 minutes and usually take place weekly as part of an agreed package. The focus is on building confidence and a sustainable personal practice that supports how you live, work and move through life.

Sessions are yoga and movement based and typically include guided rest and meditation at the end of each practice.

Personal Yoga suits people who value dedicated support, consistency and a more personal approach to yoga, and who are willing to invest time and commitment into that process.

This is a premium, in person yoga offering designed for individuals or couples seeking consistency, privacy and a deeper connection to their practice.

Format and Structure

1:1 Yoga Sessions are offered in the following formats:

  • One-off session

  • 4-week package

  • 6-week package

These packages are suitable for individuals or couples.

Prices

  • 4-week package £380 (£95 per session)

  • 6-week package £540 (£90 per session)

  • Couples pricing £190, £630, £900

Add-ons

Weekday and Sunday evenings £15 uplift

One-off sessions are available on request.
