Together, we move through:

  • A guided movement workshop by Karen: grounding, intuition-led and gently activating. This is not performance or choreography. It's your body remembering what it already knows.

  • A mid-retreat break with refreshments, a moment to settle, and a shared reflection.

  • A yoga and meditation workshop by Lily: A slower, restorative practice combining movement, breath and guided meditation to help you unwind and reset.

  • A shared meal to close the day: We’ll finish with a generous buffet, giving you time to eat well, connect with others and ease back into the evening feeling replenished.

Between and around the workshops, there are gentle prompts and practices to help you arrive more fully, and leave more grounded.

You leave feeling revitalised, restored and recharged.
